Prepping a meal can mean the differance between sticking to your feel good eating plan and grabbing something that will leave you filled with regret. Hungry can happen fast and hangry (your so hungry the lack of food makes you angry) is a real thing! Lets not get to this point!
So lets talk prep. This can happen at many parts of our meal planning.
Week long prep: I can create week long healthy eating plan based on your likes and we can spend some time making it ahead so you don’t have to get hungry or hangry because your meals are ready and waiting for you to heat and eat!
Just a tutorial: prep can happen when you have a little time here and there on all sorts of schedules. Before work, while the kids are napping, if you have a minute you can get to it. Its just a matter of learning what parts of your recipes are good to make ahead and how to store them for optimal freshness. Not all foods are great to make ahead of time! So lets make a meal and the focus wile cooking will be what we can do ahead so we can be ready when its meal time. People are busy but you don’t have to sacrifice a healthy lifestyle because time is limited!
